The trip
Discover the world. Experience the nature. Approach cultures. This trip combined extreme situations and fascinating landscapes. On board of a 33 year old truck Jan Riedel and Esther Krings drove over 5600m high passes. The very isolated plateaus built up a huge contrast to the overcowded city like Bangkok.

Tools
During such a trip, driving under extreme conditions, it can definitely happen that the truck breaks down and has to be repared, even if the next workshop is miles away. So you have to do the job on your own and you need reliable tools. Carolus accompanied the two action people during all the preparation of the trip and also in the mountains or deserts.

Commitment
But more than being the tool supplier, carolus also wanted to take part to a charity project . As carolus is importing tools from Asia, it was natural to be willing to help people from this area. Jan and Esther delivered 4 solar cookers to a SOS Kinderdorf and helped buiding them. More: Link
